Colony Management ("us", "we", or "our") operates the Colony Management web & mobile application (the "Service") and is committed to protecting the privacy and security of your personal information. Location Information

We may also collect location information from devices in accordance with the consent process provided by your device. Colony Management collects user location for attendance purposes. This involves using an attendance model to capture the user's photo along with their current location for both morning and evening attendance.

Tracking & Cookies Data

We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to track the activity on our Service and hold certain information. Cookies are files with a small amount of data which may include an anonymous unique identifier. Cookies are sent to your browser from a website and stored on your device. There is no tracking available.

Users have the choice to opt out and not provide information that is being sought for use of the Services. However, opting out or not providing the complete information will disqualify you from using the Services.

How We Use Information

Data Retention

Colony Management will retain User Data in accordance with a Customer’s instructions, including any applicable terms in the Customer Agreement and Customer’s use of Services functionality, and as required by applicable law. Customers may be able to customize their retention settings and apply those customized settings at the account level. The deletion of Customer Data and other use of the Services by Customers may result in the deletion and/or de-identification of certain other associated information. We may retain information pertaining to you for as long as necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy. This may include keeping your information after you have deactivated your account for the period of time needed for us to pursue legitimate business interests, conduct audits, comply with (and demonstrate compliance with) legal obligations, resolve disputes and enforce our agreements.

With Who Do We Share the Information

Information collected by us is shared, to the necessary and reasonable extent, with persons and/or legal entities who aid us in rendering our services to the User. However, such persons and legal entities are obligated not to disclose or use the information shared for any purpose other than to facilitate the services, engagements, and tasks assigned to them by us. Our Service does not address anyone under the age of 18 ("Children"). We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 18.
